The emergence of Industry 4.0 technologies has significantly transformed organizational operations, particularly in financial management. Hyperautomation, which integrates Artificial Intelligence (AI), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Machine Learning (ML), Business Process Management (BPM), Optical Character Recognition (OCR), and advanced analytics, has emerged as a revolutionary approach to automating complex business processes. In the financial domain, hyperautomation enhances operational efficiency, reduces processing time, improves accuracy, strengthens compliance, and facilitates data-driven decision-making. This study examines the adoption of hyperautomation in financial management and evaluates its impact on digital transformation, process efficiency, and business performance. The research adopts a descriptive and analytical methodology based on secondary data collected from academic journals, industry reports, corporate publications, and international research databases. The findings reveal that hyperautomation significantly improves financial operations by reducing manual intervention, minimizing errors, optimizing resource utilization, and enabling real-time financial analysis. However, challenges related to cybersecurity, workforce adaptation, technological complexity, and implementation costs remain critical concerns. The study concludes that hyperautomation represents a strategic enabler of financial transformation and sustainable organizational growth.
