Abstract

In the contemporary business environment, organizations increasingly recognize employees as strategic assets whose well-being significantly contributes to organizational success. Employee welfare programs have evolved beyond statutory obligations to become integral components of strategic human resource management. These programs enhance employee satisfaction, improve retention rates, increase productivity, and contribute to sustainable organizational growth. The present study examines the relationship between employee welfare programs and organizational growth, focusing on their influence on employee satisfaction, retention, and business performance. Using a descriptive and analytical research approach, the study reviews contemporary literature and organizational practices up to 2024. The findings reveal that effective welfare initiatives positively influence employee motivation, organizational commitment, work-life balance, and overall business outcomes. The study concludes that employee welfare programs serve as strategic tools that foster both employee well-being and organizational competitiveness.
